Who I Am
...is not really who I am. Is not this physical world an illusion of human consciousness? People are inclined to ask the question Who are you? or What do you do? but they rarely ask about our essence and the journey that has led us to this moment in our lives, this now moment. It seems that status--what you have--has become the most important ingredient to what is deemed good in others. This isn't real. This does not cultivate the God in others or ourselves. It is for this reason that I choose not to shrink mySelf inside of a box labeled "Me." I believe that the absence of authentic interactions and genuine engagement loses something, and that it is in the moment that we embrace raw truth that we, too, embrace who we really are: God
What I Know
I find life most profound moment to moment. There was a time when I had everything planned, outlined, and "goal-setted." It's a new day today. It is a day where the moment guides me, the light leads me, and in every breath, compassion and gratitude are the navigation devices of my life. The journey is ever unfolding, and it is my practice to stand there in the flow of it, in the breeze of the Universe. She is far more vast and infinite than the knowing of me, yet this I know. In so many ways, I am both random and intent-filled, expansive and quiet, and the greatest part of my life is that I know all is available to me while knowing that nothing exists at all: Impermanence. I am a creator born of the One who has created All--Oneness.
My Gift to Life
I am grateful for all that is within me and all that I am able to offer back to the Universe. In this one lifetime that I am conscious of, it is my practice to live with my eyes wide open that I might see the road leading to greater compassion, deeper love, and endless gratitude. It is from this place that I offer my gift by celebrating the occasion of life: Urban Zin Notes.
Life is a journey in freedom, in touching and fully embracing our freedom. May we step forward with brave intent that we experience life's vastness.

How might you answer the questions, who am I and why am I here?
